Our Story
Cuyahoga Plumbing has been serving Cuyahoga Falls and the surrounding area since 2008. Declan Willis started the company with a simple goal: provide honest, reliable plumbing work without the runaround. We handle everything from leak detection, drain cleaning and water heater repair or installation to sewer line work, fixture installation and full repiping jobs. Whether it is a residential service call or a larger commercial project, we show up on time and get the job done right the first time.
What keeps customers coming back is straightforward pricing, licensed and experienced technicians, and a real commitment to quality work. We do not upsell services you do not need, and we explain exactly what is going on with your plumbing before we start. Being locally owned means we are invested in this community, not just another truck passing through. Meet Declan Willis, Manager
Declan runs Cuyahoga Plumbing and handles most of the hands-on work himself. He is licensed and trained in residential and light commercial plumbing, with a focus on water heater installs, repiping, drain cleaning and leak repairs.
He has dealt with enough old Cleveland-area homes to know his way around outdated galvanized pipe and tricky basement setups, and he keeps up with local code requirements so inspections go smoothly the first time.
On the business side, Declan keeps things simple. He quotes jobs upfront, shows up when he says he will, and does not pad invoices with extra fees. He answers his own phone for most calls and tries to get back to people the same day, especially for anything urgent like a burst pipe or no hot water.
He has built the business on repeat customers and referrals rather than advertising, which means he is careful about doing the job right the first time instead of rushing to the next one.
