These terms are short because the website is simple. It describes the plumbing services Cuyahoga Plumbing (“we”, “us”) offers in and around Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and lets you ask us for a service call. The terms cover the website only. Work we do for you is covered by the written estimate and invoice for that job.
Information on This Site
We keep the site accurate and update it when our services or hours change, but its content is general information about plumbing and how we work, not advice about your particular house. The same symptom can have different causes in different homes, and the right answer depends on seeing it. Do not rely on the site alone for a decision that costs money; call us and let us look.
The Tools on This Site
The water heater sizing guide, the frozen pipe risk checker and the ZIP code checker help you plan and ask better questions. They give rule-of-thumb estimates and general guidance based on your answers, and they can be wrong for your situation. They are not a quote, not engineering advice and not a promise of service. Sizing, product choice and the scope of any work are decided after we see the job and are set out in a written estimate.
Quotes, Estimates and Scheduling
- Sending a form does not create a contract. It is a request, and we contact you to confirm what you need and when we can come.
- Work is quoted before it starts. Only a written estimate that you accept is binding, and it may carry its own terms.
- Callback times and availability described on the site are our normal practice, not a guarantee. Weather, parts and emergencies affect schedules.
Using the Site Properly
You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not use it to send spam or automated submissions, to probe or overload the site or its hosting, to copy its content for another business, or for anything unlawful. We filter automated submissions and may block traffic that abuses the site.
