That is the whole list. The website has no accounts, runs no advertising and contains no analytics or tracking scripts. The water heater sizing guide, the frozen pipe risk checker and the ZIP code checker run entirely in your browser; what you choose or type in them is not sent to us.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly technical cookie on some requests to protect the site from automated abuse. It does not identify you to us and is not used for marketing. The site works with cookies blocked.

How We Use Your Information

We do not build marketing lists from it and we do not send newsletters.

Who Processes It

Your request is seen by the people at Cuyahoga Plumbing who handle calls and scheduling. To run the website and answer you, we rely on a few service providers that process the information on our behalf and only under our instructions: our website hosting provider (Cloudflare), which receives and forwards the form; the lead-management system where form submissions are delivered and tracked; and the email and phone services we use to reply. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used in United States state privacy laws. How Long We Keep It

Form submissions are kept as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we do work for you, as part of the job record for as long as tax and business-record rules require. Spam and requests we could not act on are deleted regularly. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a short period for security.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted on its way to us. Submissions are passed to our lead-management system over an authenticated connection and are not stored on the public website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging plumbing work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we update this page and the effective date at the top. Changes do not apply retroactively to information you already sent us.
